You've made it complicated and expensive. You don't need to stick us for everything.

Upset that Deluxe Was Changed

Very upset that they changed the Turbo Tax Deluxe to not include investment sale reporting. The box does not clearly state that it was changed.
What's great about it: easy to use as always
What's not so great: Had to upgrade to Premier to handle mutual fund sales

Excellent product

I still think TurboTax is an excellent product. However, I object to being forced to upgrade to Premier(added fee) for a product that handled Capital Gains in the Basic edition in the previous years. This year I ordered Deluxe because I moved to a state with Income Tax required and I could purchase Deluxe with state Income Tax provided free. It would cost more to buy Basic plus State Income Tax products. I did not find out until I processed my Capital Gain on the Deluxe that I had to upgrade to Premier. I was Disappointed.
What's great about it: Easy to use. Met all of my needs. Provides a warranty. I Would reccomend to everyone.
What's not so great: I was forced to upgrade(fee) from Deluxe to Premier because I had one stock Capital Gain entry requiring a Schd D.
Pros: I moved

EASY TO USE

Been using TurboTax for 25 years. When I had my own business I used the Professional product. Since I am now retired I use the Personal product. Have always been extremely satisfied. Great Product - Great Support.. It guides you through each phase of what to enter. The review gives you great confidence your return is will be accepted.
What's great about it: FAST REFUND
What's not so great: NONE

Very Simple

Great design and thought put into this. Appreciate the simplicity each year. I want to make sure I get all deductions and credits when filing and I feel this software covers that. I delayed sending my Oregon state return because of news today of possible sabotage by internet criminals. So will file when all is clear.
What's great about it: Explained everything very well
What's not so great: For some reason, could not print return at end. Had to print from my saved file.
