Years of great returns

I've been using TurboTax for years now. I love the fact that I can download/import so much data that used to be hand-entered (like stock trades). This is better than trying to do the documents by hand, or getting all the information down to a Tax Preparer, especially when the information comes in dribs & drabs & you don't know if you're missing anything until it comes in -- days before the tax needs to be sent in.
What's great about it: Easy to find forms needed & import
What's not so great: Waiting for the mail to bring all the W2s etc :)

My favorite is that I am able to auto populate information from my Brokerage and Savings accounts.
What's great about it: Easy to follow, kept all of my info from previous years

This year Turbotax required you to purchase a premium version package for the same returns as you previously filed. They sent e-mails saying that they would credit you for the purchased the premium versions when you filed, but this did not work or it was not valid. I still recommend using the software, but I think that Intuit could be a little more honest with what they were doing.
What's great about it: Easy to use, helps you find any missing information
What's not so great: New versions of the software, different than before. Required an upgrade to a premium version

I always use Turbo Tax, year after year, I will always use Turbo Tax no matter what.
What's great about it: Quick, concise, and easy to use.

The process was seamless and I appreciated that it allowed me to pick up the process where I left off.The questions led me to all of the pertinent information I needed to enter into the tax forms.
What's great about it: walked me through the whole process

This software is good for the basic to moderate level of tax scenarios. However, for more complicated stuff, I have to go to the forms and also read the IRS publications to figure out what information TTax is trying to get at. I also found calculation errors and this in not the first time. TTax used to have a "Guaranteed No Errors or its Free" but not anymore. Now it's "We'll pay the difference plus any penalty"
What's great about it: Good for basic to moderate level of tax senarios
What's not so great: Calculation mistakes, Not intuitive for the complicated stuff

I love using Turbo Tax. I like that I can view the actual form just by clicking the arrow. I like the 'learn more' options when I have questions about something.
What's great about it: Easy to understand
What's not so great: Lots to go through
