This was the easiest year of using Turbo Tax!

In years past the categories were difficult to get through and this years - 2014 - was easy and understandable with more smarts in the software to understand what I needed next.
What's great about it: Fast and easy to understand - very good version release

What's great about it: Easy to use, detailed review of the items to consider
What's not so great: Didn't like to have to buy premier edition rather than deluxe

It was better last year.

I know the "pick up your personal information from last year" feature saves some time, but the program kept prompting me to enter information for accounts and charities that appeared on last years return, but did not belong on this year's return. I also found it more difficult to break out of the walkthrough when I wanted to go back and look at details or skip ahead to relevant sections... overall, the experience was better with last year's version of the software.
What's great about it: got the job done
What's not so great: features have moved, kept asking for info from accounts/assets disposed of in previous year

Overall was a great experience. Imported info from last year was almost instantaneous.
What's great about it: Easy to file, step by step really easy
What's not so great: Scrolling down to next section.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Using Turbotax is very easy. Your process is simple to follow and allows me to check for new taxes/credits. I'm confident that Turbotax gets me the largest possible return. There was a problem purchasing online (would not go thru), but a quick call to the service reps resolved the problem. Service reps were friendly, knowledgeable and very, very helpful.
What's great about it: Easy to use and very thorough
What's not so great: Absolutely nothing
