Once I got through the problems with the Deluxe edition and received the Premier upgrade, it worked fine.
I hope you go back to offering the capabilities in Deluxe that you omitted this year.
What's great about it: I've used TT for may years and like the way it works
What's not so great: I don't like the passwod feature. I prefer not to keep my password on the internet.

Turbo tax did not figure our school district tax correctly and I had to manually correct. I had all correct data in correct boxes on work sheets. We moved out of the school district in 2014, but Turbo tax could not figure it out.
What's great about it: data input was easy
What's not so great: mistake on school district tax

Even though I deal with tax returns everyday filing your own is the worst. Turbo Tax makes me think about things I may have overlooked or forgot to research. Being able to flag items and continue on allows you to get the data entered and then research answers further for clarification. The best part is filing of information from year to year and showing comparisons- saves time and paper.
What's great about it: quick, user friendly questions and answers
What's not so great: don't trust the cloud

Taxes are no fun for me. I feel comfort in using Turbo Tax because it steps me through the entirety of the process and minimizes the possibility of not including all of the information. Furthermore, it links to my state return.

Unexpected Schedule K-1

Somehow a state taxes Schedule K-1 was inserted into my TurboTax Premiere 2014 tax return. It prevented me from e-filing until I used the Tools, Forms View to delete that Schedule and some related one about Chapter S corporation that does not apply to me at all. This might have happened due to my flaky mouse that sometimes 2-clicks when I do not want it to do so.
What's not so great: Unexpected Schedule K-1 (maybe my flaky mouse clicked it)

Average Software - No Improvements Year Over Year
