Turbo Tax has always been excellent for me. I feel confident I am doing my taxes correctly and I don't have to be a tax preparer or an account to do it. Just get my forms together and answer the questions. I've reviewed a few times in the past with a professional and have changed nothing in my return after consulting with them.
What's great about it: obvious - don't have to know the forms, all the questions help fill out the return
What's not so great: I find the help a little hard somttimes, I wasn't sure if Ientered my K1 form correctly, I really had to study it

I had problems with both downloading any updates and could not e-file. Both instances stated that I was not connected to the internet, which was not true
What's not so great: Could not e-file after several attempts
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Good Product

This is my 4th year using TurboTax and am happy with result but this year ran into difficulty when I finished and tried to efile. I tried internet link for help but didn't work. I called 800# and finally was successful after about 1 hour on the phone. I don't know what changed from previous years but not for the better.
What's great about it: Imported data from previous years and ran calculations in good manner
What's not so great: difficulty efiling

Super Easy

This is the first time I am filing my returns with TurboTax. It was super easy. I also had some uncommon options but everything was handled pretty well.
I initially bought the Deluxe CD but figured that I needed Premier. I called into Turbo Tax. They were extremely easy and polite and got it done for me in a jiffy! Awesome service.
What's great about it: The process was super easy with simple questions to guide one through

Tax time is Turbo Tax time

Have used for years. Tried to try another this year and reverted to Turbo Tax...won't try that again
What's great about it: Instructions simplified and understandable
What's not so great: Printing It's Deductible detail by donee

As a person with an accounting background I know every possible item that needs to go into a tax return in order to maximize your tax return.
Turbo tax asks all the right questions to bring you to that place.
Although it takes time to go through the process, it is well worth it.
Way to go Turbo tax.
