Perhaps Intuit could help the IRS clean up their forms.
What's great about it: Easy straight forward language, nice help features, consistent user interface from year to year

was much less user friendly than ever before. made me very uncomfortable about its accuracy. I know that a lot of tax laws have changed, but you have many items that were not even touched upon.

Turbo Tax is a good hand holder!

Overall Turbo Tax does a great job of holding your hand and walking you through a complicated process.
What's great about it: Love how it's deductible and prior yr tax info so easily imports
What's not so great: Some issues are still not explained well like the LTC deduction in the State Tax Return

Your questions could still use a more simple language. For someone that doesn't work in the tax prep industry it was hard to understand some of them.

Another easy year

Overall, upgrade was very easy/smooth by the time I got to it. HSA was a little confusion, but just because of employer/employee confusion at my company. Overall, very simple and easy.
What's great about it: Easy, thorough
What's not so great: Upgrade/Version Fiasco

Great Product

This is a great product if your taxes are pretty simple. When I did have a question the Customer Service was great. Each one I talked to was very helpful, cheerful and patient!
What's great about it: Great Customer Service, easy instructions
What's not so great: Schedule K-1 needs instructional improvements, I had to call for step by step instructions
