Very Concerned

When I selected the e-file option and attempted to send my file, I received a message stating that my SSN was a duplicate that had already been filed and that I'd need to submit an amended return. However I did not previously file. When I went to check on the status of my tax filing it said - congratulations, the IRS has accepted your return! I have no idea what to make of this, so I will contact the IRS to see what they have on file. But this is a serious problem.
What's not so great: Problems with e-filing

Overall very pleased with the product.
What's great about it: easy, straightforward, wouldn't use any other tool
What's not so great: small inconsistency in the area of sales tax for large items. would not let me delete an erroneous major purchase
Pros: I bought or sold investments

Another year with TurboTax

Like everyone except professional tax preparers and the IRS, I hate paying taxes. It's a necessary evil however. I've done my taxes for years with TurboTax and feel that I get all the deductions I'm entitled to. I've never been audited.
What's great about it: Seems very comprehensive, even for a complicated return
What's not so great: No cons
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Turbo Tax Review

I rec'd a check for my 2014 Federal Return prior to my filing. Some one had hacked into a system that had not only my information but my wife's and also my IRS pin number. Luckily, the bank where the return had designated to go had refused the deposit. The default situation for the IRS is to then mail the check to the filer's address. I would be in for a very big hassle with the IRS if not for the stand up performance of the bank. I can only think of one place besides besides the IRS that would have all of the information in one place- and that is Turbo Tax. In fact my local law enforcement advised me that Turbo Tax was probably the source. Please tighten security up.
What's great about it: Easy to use and understand.
What's not so great: I might have been hacked thru Turbo Tax
