Although I know that you are remedying this for next year, it is not acceptable to claim that a version ( TurboTax Deluxe), is for Deductions and Homeowners and then not offer the product that is advertised on the box. Why try to fix it if it isn't broke. In the future stick with what is working.
What's great about it: As always very easy to follow and answer questions.
What's not so great: unacceptable changes in versions

I have been using Turbo Tax since it came on the market. I have never found the program lacking in thoroughness and ease of use. I always feel confident that my returns are complete and accurate and have never been audited for errors.
What's great about it: Easiest program to use, covers all aspects of filing
What's not so great: none I can thing of

Covered All the Bases

I love how intuitive Turbo Tax is. I love that I can import everything from last year such as employers, dependents, tax returns from last year, charitable donations I made on my taxes last year, etc. That makes my taxes so much easier. I also love that I can see side-by-side comparisons of last year and this year, and that if I claimed a deduction last year, Turbo Tax will ask me if it's still applicable this year. When I want to know more about how something has been calculated it's easy to dig deeper with the integrated help features. Love it!
What's great about it: Imports from last year, making it SO EASY

This software provides an accurate, easy to use tool to prepare your income taxes without fear of missing something important. If you can read and follow directions, you can easily prepare your federal and state income tax returns.
What's great about it: Simple; foolproof; accurate
What's not so great: tedious at times.

I've been TurboTAx for about 5 years now. My first 2 years of doing taxes I went to a tax preparer and I always ended up owing money. I feel like the tax preparers really don't work hard for you to see if you qualify for any rebates. What I appreciate about Turbotax is that it always walks you through everything to see if you qualify for a tax deduction. It is very easy and intuitive to use and it doesn't take long. I will continue to use Turbotax.
What's great about it: The software works hard for you
What's not so great: No cons

Great Tool

I have used Turbo Tax at least 10 years. Information is brought over from previous year and all I have to do is update the information. Easy to use and obtain your earned refund if applicable.
