Changes for 2014 need so work for 2015

I have been using TurboTax for over 20 years and I don't know what you did with the changes for 2014 by it took me twice the time to complete my return this years. If it doesn't get better next year it will be my last.
some of the problems: You could not click on a number to find out what the source was to see where it came from. When you go through the review process in prior years it would show you where the error was on the form. I have never call TuroboTax in the 20 + years but this year I call 4 time trying to figure things out. Was on hold for a long time each call.
There are others, but I wish you would go back to the 2013 format.
What's great about it: Keeps track of prior year info
What's not so great: changes for 2014 make a good product worst

Awesome TurboTax!

I am comfortable using turbotax. I have used it for 13 years. I had trouble going back and forth from reviewing forms to returning to the page in turbotax where I was answering questions. I would recommend it to anyone asking me which product to use!
What's great about it: It is easy to roll over last year's tax info to start a new tax season.
What's not so great: Brokerage 1099's do not always match turbotax questions.
Pros: I bought or sold investments

Was easy to follow. However, the passive losses on why I don't get anything even if I have declared rental property depreciation is not clearly explained.
What's great about it: Easy to follow
What's not so great: Need more explanations on rental passive losses
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Basically Easy to Follow and Fast

For me, it's easy to walk through the areas that are applicable with questions to guide you. If your return is fairly simple, turbo tax works. If you have some complicated areas--rental home, personal business, etc. you may need to do some research on irs.gov to get answers to your questions.
What's great about it: Simple, convenient
What's not so great: Some familiarity with the forms is still helpful
