I guess I would like to be more spoon fed. The answers I needed for filing the information from an estate I received was confusing to me. I figured it out though so I will give you a Straight A rather than an A+. Great job guys (and gals)!
What's great about it: Comprehensive, easy, and trouble free.
What's not so great: Help was a little confusing.

Makes taxes a breeze

I have used Turbo Tax for 20 to 30 years. it has been a smooth process each year. Occasional questions have been answered by the program. It helps get it done in a reasonable time.

What's great about it: Step by Step, with Helps along the way
What's not so great: Program none; having to get the paper work together, yuck.

2014 tax filing

Turbo Tax hit us with a lot of unexpected charges this year and complicated the buying process by not making it very clear which editions users would need for this year. This complicated the buying process for me and just seemed to overcomplicate the quick process I was accustom to.
What's great about it: Ease of use
What's not so great: Unexpected charges and prices this year.

What's great about it: Easy to use, minimal cost, maximizes refunds
What's not so great: Complex, uncommon situations require some digging, online lookup

over all everything worked out great easy and clear instructions .Last year I was able to use the Deluxe Turbo Tax Hope I will be able to use it next year. Did not need all that was on Premier
