Great experience again!

Overall I was pleased as I added complexity to my income sources but this was still very simple.
What's great about it: Quick and easy "do I qualify"
What's not so great: none
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I moved, I bought or sold investments

Very good product

All in all an excellent product that I would not be without. The ability to download full information from investment managers and banks is an invaluable time savor and assures accuracy.
What's great about it: Let's you pick what to work on at any time and also guides you through the process step by step if you prefer
What's not so great: Not intuitive how to get to the actual forms to see what has been downloaded or put on the work sheets

Fast and easy to use

I would say that most of us middle class could file our taxes with Turbo. I don't know about the higher income people because I have never had that problem in life (LOL).
What's great about it: extra easy even I could finish my taxes at home.
What's not so great: None that I have found

Also had a problem with e filing; diagnostic said SSL and may have to file by mail--that's the cost of another ink cartridge plus the envelope and postage
What's not so great: inability to move down some pages with arrow keys and right side scroller off the page

Easy and fast! It seemed as if it was taking a long time but when I finished it was like, finished already. It has reminded me to keep better records, especially medical.

No schedule D or other important forms

I have used TurboTax for years and I am very disappointed that they will not be including certain forms in the deluxe edition going forward. This year they gave a free upgrade to premium but I don't know if I will want to pay for premium next year.
What's great about it: easy to use
What's not so great: they are not giving certain forms going forward in their deluxe edition
