Have come to depend on TurboTax and have used it for years. It knows more about us than we do. We especially appreciate the handling of ongoing things like depreciation.
What's great about it: Picks up from last year saving enormous time and trouble
What's not so great: Seems t get more complicated each year bur probably the tax code

Made Easy for Dummies

I have used Turbo Tax for the last 20 years and have always been very satisfied with the product. It's user friendly and all the tax headaches, laws, by-laws, required forms were all within this product. I think it does a better job than a tax attorney.
I've used the tax experts online as well and they always answered my questions diligently and professionally.

What's great about it: There is no other product that is so user friendly
What's not so great: Sometimes the error checks don't fully explain why there is an error.

NOS For Tax Work!

Well, to tell ya the truth, I had heard of Turbo Tax before, but had never used it. MY MISTAKE! I am thrilled with the results and the ease with which I was able to glide through my tax process! No more looking at the specific page for that particular chart to find that one line you're looking for! I was impressed with the speed that I was able to finish what took me 3 hours last year to painstakingly sift through everything and make sure that I didn't miss something. The only thing that took more time than I thought it should came from waiting on the phone to get my e-filing PIN. If I had known what I know now I would have saved myself 45 more minutes! Congratulations, and many thanks to the team that put together and has run Turbo Tax! Keep up the good work!
What's great about it: Speed, efficiency, ease and results!
What's not so great: Waiting on hold with IRS for e-filing PIN

Taxes done quickly

Turbo Tax does a great job of walking me through each of the areas of a tax return. If I'm not sure if something applies to me or not, there is usually a link to click on that will explain it more thoroughly. Also, the search feature was easy to use and took me directly to the answers to questions I had. Some of the questions get a little repetitive, but it is better to double check than take a chance on missing something. Overall, my experience with Turbo Tax has been very good.
What's great about it: TurboTax walked me through all of the areas of the tax return.
