So appreciate and trust TT to do taxes right. The engine is great. Minor tweaks to navigation would be welcome.
What's great about it: appreciate the uploads and the carryover of data from year to year
What's not so great: menuing could be a little more direct one click to where I want to go

Multi-State Support

Do not waste your money on a second state, if required.
Ended up filing manually because the NY state return would not process using Turbo Tax.
What's great about it: Non
What's not so great: Did not work handle a multistate return.

TT MAKES FILING YOUR TAXES SO ORGANIZED THAT EVEN IF YOU ARE HAVING A BAD DAY IT'TS STILL EASY TO DO AND MAKES YOU FEEL GOOD AFTER HAVING COMPLETED.....
What's great about it: TT HAD ANSWERS TO ALL MY QUESTIONS !!! U CAN'T BEAT THAT :)
What's not so great: NO CONS !!!!
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Quick and Easy

I can recall the days some 20 years ago when filing taxes was an ordeal that lasted a couple of weeks. I had to pour through the various IRS publications on how to treat rental income or the selling of capital assets. Then there was the additional burden of having to contact the IRS when the pubs didn't provide a clear answer. Now, my taxes were done in two mornings. My returns were actually completed in less than 90 minutes on the first morning, but I owed the IRS and couldn't bear to part with the money until the next day.
Also, while it almost killed me to owe the IRS, the e-filing feature of Turbo Tax couldn't be any easier.
What's great about it: Quick and Easy

My only suggestion is that if an employer has entered something in box 1A that you allow the end user to have the ability to free type an entry.

As usual the process was smooth and painless. Turboxtax is improving capabilities year over year.
What's great about it: Clean interface, easy navigation, importing stock trades

Manages the IRS

I would not think of trying to attempt my return without TurboTax.
Also removes need for tax preparer for my situation...
What's great about it: Makes a complicated complex process easy to navigate
What's not so great: Would like to see summaries compared to previous year as an option during income, deduct, and tax segments
