Easy with excellent tutorials and interviews

Been using Turbo-tax since 1972 and have compared results with other software tax programs and saved money by using Turbo-tax. Have been represented by Tax Audit in IRS audit and IRS found no issues.
What's great about it: Simplicity
What's not so great: Had to upgrade this year

Easy as Pie :)

I've been using Turbo Tax to do my taxes for the past several year. It is very, very easy and if you do run into questions there is help at every turn! I wouldn't file them any other way!
What's great about it: Only good things and so fast - no headaches!

I have been using turbo tax since the program was first offered. It gets better all the time. Very easy program to use.
What's great about it: very quick and easy
What's not so great: did not like having to buy the more expensive program to be sure I would have forms needed for capital gains

it was easy to do, but could use a back button or undo button, so one does not have to re-enter transactions (forms) that were accidentally deleted, other than that it worked well.
What's great about it: Easy to follow and use
What's not so great: No ability to go ack and undo a deletion of a form accidentaly deleated, causing me to re-enter all the transactions

Amazing Program

Turbo tax is the best program. I wish you could make all life processes this easy. By the way you and quicken loans should merge, that would two great companies getting together. Keep up the excellent work. I filed my taxes with you for over 15 years. thanks for all you do, worth every penny.
What's great about it: Easy to navigate, feel confident I completed everything correctly.

What's not so great: Missing Sched. C, D, E from TT DELUXE. Had to buy Premier.

What's great about it: step by step through all options, then go back to specific sections
What's not so great: Hard to find option to download
