Overall very happy with your product!!
What's great about it: Easy to use - step by step instructions
What's not so great: Screw up with Investment schedules!!!!!!!
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

This is so much easier than trying to work through the actual tax forms and Turbo Tax tells you when an entry is invalid. No errors.
What's great about it: Very thorough and straight forward.

Easy

Turbo Tax is easy to use and I have been doing so for probably ten plus years now. I would recommend that they create a checklist of potential deductions you may be taking, rather than going through each question. For those of us using the program for a long time, we know what deductions we will be taking.
Other than that, happy.
What's great about it: Easy to use; Turbo Tax takes you through all the questions

The program will not allow me to re-efile after correcting a date error that caused IRS to reject my filing.

much better than the one time I tried the competitors software...less time consuming than paper. Thanks!!
What's great about it: love the option to go through EVERYTHING!
What's not so great: got stuck in a loop with business office deductions and 2 house

It's simple - it works

Not sure how it works if you're money affairs are complicated, but with a salary, a house mortage, and sales of employee stock purchases, it works great.
What's great about it: Just answer questions and the calculations are done for you
What's not so great: Can't think of any.
