I'll be back with Turbo Tax in 2016.

What's not so great: Nothing to dislike.

Application does what you need it to. I have not used anything else, so I really do not have anything to compare.
What's great about it: Great application, easy to install. Much more intuitive than previous versions
What's not so great: The application not remembering answers from previous year.

I was a little disappointed with the 2014 Turbotax Premier CD. Error Building Screen messages kept appearing when transitioning to the Health Insurance segment. In some segments the continue button did not take me to the next correct page but seemed to randomly select incorrect pages. The filing segment did;t always continue or back to the next or previous page as expected, this often happened when continuing from a Intuit products page. Lastly, the page format relative to instructions, and option selections was changed from previous years and was not as friendly for me as a user.
What's great about it: Calculations and finding omitted information was good as always.
What's not so great: Instructions were sometimes not readily understood.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I was forced purchased the more expense Investments and rental property version when last year the more inexpensive version was enough to prepare my return.

I have been using Turbo-Tax for well over a decade. It keeps getting easier to use every year. The data transfer from prior year and data downloads from key financial institutions make it fast & reliable. I will be using TurboTax again next year.
What's great about it: Easier to use every year
What's not so great: State e-file a bit steep unless the refund is large

I loooooovvvve "It's Deductible." Charitable giving would be a royal pain to itemize & report otherwise.
Reporting income etc from my K-1 on my Fed Return was relatively easy, but was horrible for the state (CA) return as the questions did not seem to match or refer to the information on the form. Possibly this was lack of congruence in the vocabulary, but still -- it was a pain.
What's great about it: Focused questions that are mostly easy to answer.
What's not so great: For more complicated investment reporting (e.g., K1s) give more explanation of terms especially acronyms.
