This product is great and it helps people filing their own taxes!
What's great about it: EASY TO USE!!!!!
What's not so great: NONE!!!!
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I have used Turbo Tax for as far back as I can remember. It's so easy to use.
I like things that are predictable. sometimes, the subtle changes are annoying, but still easy to get past.
I am confident that TT asks all the right questions, and get my responses to the right forms.
I don't know if there are things that I miss; but , I figure, how much do I have to miss to warrant hiring an accountant for what they charge.
What's great about it: Easy to use
What's not so great: It changes from year to year; sometimes subtle; sometimes, not so subtle.
Pros: I bought or sold investments

Pretty good this year. Did not have to do any overrides. Had a pretty hard time correcting a "mistake" to satisfy Turbo Tax, though.

I feel that you do a great job, taxes are overwhelming and difficult to understand. It's nice to have a program that breaks it down in to understandable process. I still wonder if I should get help, if I'm doing it right.
What's great about it: Easy and clear, mostly

When will Ohio 1040 forms be final??

I cannot file my Ohio 1040 & SD100 forms because the message "DO NOT FILE FORM NOT FINAL" is printed across all pages. When will these forms be final???

I have been using Intuit Turbo Tax for many years now, and it is so easy to use. I am able to collect my needed documents, sit down at the computer and in 2 days be completely finished with doing my taxes. It is AWESOME!
What's great about it: Easy to use!
What's not so great: I have not found anything I don't like.

I've been using TurboTax for years and it just keeps getting better/easier to use. There may be cheaper/free programs available, but I would not use anything else.
What's great about it: The program gets easier to use every year.
What's not so great: Lots of confusion over the 2013/2014 programs
