I have TurboTax for numerous years, I depend on the stability of the system
What's great about it: great guidance

Unable to E File

This year I had to upgrade to premier. Unable to e-file. Says I already filed under the SSN. However, when checking status says I need to file. Also there is no one to talk too. Maybe time for a check in software after over 20 years a customer. I'm printing the return for manual filing.

Gets better every year

I have been doing our taxes for years and to go from line by line in the forms to just answering questions was hard at first. The first couple years I would go over the individual forms to check Turbo Taxes work. This year Turbo Tax seemed easier than ever and and I found myself not checking the forms as much.
What's great about it: Very easy to use
What's not so great: Most expensive tax program.

COULDN'T HAVE BEEN EASIER AND I HAVE BEEN PREPARING TAXES FOR OVER 40 YEARS BOTH PROFESSIONALLY AND FOR MYSELF.

someone who is not computer savvy might have a hard time getting back to where they left off... i like 1. sign in.... 2... go to page where i left off... i had several choices... and one choice was to start all over again... don't know how this happened, but i was rather frustrated at one point... once i got started though, took me though it quite nicely... and filing was easy... overall was happy with the turbo tax ... thanks
What's great about it: was clear as to how to proceed once i got started
What's not so great: had to find my way to the right page when i wanted to continue after stopping...
