TurboTax Upgrade refund

Only needed Deluxe version - but because of change, forced to upgrade to Premier. Was promised my refund at the end of tax process, but never received it. Please check and see what happened.
Do not force us to upgrade again because of your mistakes.

Good efficient way to do tax return

Once you initially use TT, it becomes easier each subsequent year. It's generally straightforward with logical entries. E-file is very useful. A little annoying when the program keeps asking same question over and over. Examples include: if I want to file a Florida state return --FL has no state income tax; and do I want to purchase Audit Agent --after assessing my audit risk at about zero.
I applaud Intuit for being customer friendly and realizing their mistake regarding Deluxe vs. Premier. Just hope they don't kill the goose next year.

What's great about it: I like being able to transfer basic info year-over-year.
What's not so great: sometimes confusing on where to enter data, such as investment costs/fees

Did not like that I had to upgrade to report stock sales. This function had been included in the Deluxe product for years. If this is going to continue I will not be using Turbo Tax again

What's great about it: Love the year to year info transfer
What's not so great: Still not crystal clear on where numbers come from, but that's OK.

Over 20 years and never an issue…even on an audit.

When it comes to taxes, stay with the best.
What's great about it: Accurate, complete, understandable and fully Turbotax staff supported.
What's not so great: Need WIFI access just to print the taxes when using a MAC-Apple Compute. Very odd.
