Great Refund

I had several itemized deductions. It took about 3 hours to complete return. It would have been faster if I would have been prepared with all info. I highly recommend this product. easy to use.

LOW Stress

This was the best TT ever - we started out with Deluxe but when we needed a form which turned out not to be included we got a free upgrade to Premier. Thanks Intuit.

Used TurboTax for years

I've used TurboTax for 20 years. I've been everything from self-employed to employed by others while drawing SS, to retired with various mutual funds, which now help support me. Whatever my situation in life, I know that TurboTax will help me conquer the shoals of a complex tax system.

Taxes complete

I formerly had a more complex tax situation due to a business, and could use the Deluxe program for both the business and investments. This year, I had far less information to file, and had to pay more for the Premier so that I could manage investments. The Deluxe should be able of managing both businesses and investments, as it has been for the many years that I've used TurboTax.
Otherwise, the product remains a good one, and I was able to complete my taxes without much difficulty.

Another Year, a pretty good refund....

If you just follow the directions and have your documents ready to input. It's a very easy process. There are some questions you'll have, but, you can get answers pretty easily. I use Turbo Tax, Quicken and I used to use Quickbooks. Pleased with all of the products. Glad they're available.
What's great about it: Easy, just follow the bounding ball...

2014 Tax Preparation

TurboTax is a great product, however, I was disappointed to find functionality was removed from the Deluxe version and moved to the Premier version. I've been using Deluxe to handle rental property and stock transactions. This year, for an additional expense, I was forced to use Premier to do what Deluxe did.
What's great about it: Easy to follow, guaranteed accurate
What's not so great: Required to purchase Premier instead of Deluxe version

This is generally a good program, but one must still have some knowledge of the IRS tax codes.
What's great about it: Assistance with entering information
What's not so great: Doesn't show a cumulative amount for standard deduction vs. standard deduction

Does what is advertized

Q&A process well designed, trust the calculations to get the minimum tax. The technical support callback function worked great and saved me from any on-hold time. Computer said call-back would happen in 30 minutes and Turbotax called me at 35 minute point. And when problem resolution needed me to delete entered data and start again, they called me back to make sure it worked. Kudos to tech support - and with all the IRS call center problems, this ability was great customer service. Do think they need to reanalyze way to enter foreign income country-by-country to fill our Form 1116 - their present method did not work in my situation.
What's great about it: Q&A process well designed, trust the calcs; tech support callback worked, saved all on-hold time
