One Awesome Machine!

I bought this to replace an old micro/hood combo and am completely surprised by it. It has incredible power and some pretty amazing functions, like the control panel which has so many features. I did order an LED light for the over-the-range light.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Not happy -- this is a high-end microwave. It is less than 2 years old, and used less than 5 times a week for reheating or making popcorn.It is making a very loud noise, and not heating.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Micro/Convection Oven

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this appliance several years ago and finally figured out how to use the convection oven. I purchased a store model that did not have a manual. I have been trying to get a manual ever since.

I do like my micro/convection oven

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] However, there are no instructions on how to use the convection baking feature. I constant end up with food that is not cooked in the center. Some advice or info here would be really appreciated.
