I had already replied to a review request, but it is apparent you did not read it or did not like the negitive review of all of the HP products that I currently own. Your site led me to the wrong print cartridge (51604, I needed a 51640). My HP laptop is always updating and changing my settings inclulding my HP printer. My printer only prints color randomly not when I need it to. I will not purchase another HP product nor will I encourage anyone else also.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
