This product named Rachael Ray Hard Enamel Nonstick Twin Pack 9.25 Inch and11 Inch Skillets, Red Gradient are great because it perfectly cooked what I wanted. Just like for example in frying, it came out crispy, perfect and even the color are evenly. It heat very well and doesn't stick on it. Easy to wash and a very good quality non-stick interior. The riveted ergonomic handle feels so good and safe to get burn. The color is very nice. The only thing has the problem is the shipment because the pans were bended. It does not properly secured with the plastic bubbles for the safety of the product but still highly recommended to anyone. Above all, these pans are great.

Goes beyond my expectations!

I absolutely love these pans! They are so light, making them easy to clean and handle while cooking. The rubberized handles don't get hot and make it easy to hold the pans. The vibrant red enamel is beautiful and adds a nice accent in the kitchen. I don't even use a spatula to cook when I use these pans!

I would buy this cook ware

I liked my rachel ray pans i got. I usually use cuisine art because there easy to clean and handles stay cool. Rachel rays pans are very compareable. You however can not use metal cooking utensils to cook with on her pans because it will scratch the surface. That was the only part i did not care for. But i would buy her pots and pans. There very durable. Thank you

The Rachel Ray Twin Pack Hard Enamel Skillets are AMAZING! The color is so vibrant and rich (I received red) and it makes cooking so easy with the nonstick interiors, which had a sloped side, that allowed me to have the food I was cooking just slide out! And the clean up is just as easy, and pretty much no trouble at all! There is nothing that you can't cook in these skillets. I have cooked grilled cheese, chicken, veggies, ground meat and fish. And the best thing is they are oven safe up tp 350 degrees. However, you do have to hand wash them, not dishwasher safe, but that is not a big deal since nothing sticks to them!

I really like these skillets . These are great for frying and I absolutely love the color. It add a great pop of color to my kitchen. I love watching the Rachel Ray and was so exited to try her cookware line. I would definitely buy some more pieces to this line.

I used the 11 inch skillet last night to make Schnitzel and the fact the color of the schnitzel was even all over astonished me. That has never happened to me before when I would use my other skillet pan. I will definitely buy this product in the future! I will also buy all of the other products from Rachael Ray in the future! I was blessed enough to receive this product for free to test out because if I haven't I would have no idea about this product and I wouldn't be aware there are amazed skillets out in the world. Therefore, I would recommend this product for people to use!

Great Skillets!

I love these, i can fry anything in them and don't have to worry about sticking. I have used them for everything from omelettes to pan lasagna. The 9.25 pan is great for frying up a pound of meat really quick and the 11 inch holds a little more for meals like stir fry and such. Overall, I love everything about this especially how easy they are to clean!

Ultimate Non-Stick!

I haven't purchased any new pans in a long time, so I was surprised at the quality of these pieces. Growing up, I was taught that quality pans had to be heavy pans, so I was leery at how light these were. I'd seen RR pans before, but though that they were too flimsy to be any good... I was wrong! These pans, while having a slight heft to them, were very lightweight, but very quality! I first used them to make tacos. The ground beef never stuck to the pan; quite the opposite - the non-stick was SO non-stick, it was actually difficult to stir the meat... it wanted to just slide around, rather than turn over! I ended up flipping it (like you see chefs do on TV), and the way the pan is curved on the sides make flipping very easy. I was able to pour out the meat (so I could drain it) very easily, and I was able to wipe out the residual grease in seconds. Even after the taco meat was cooked and we all ate dinner, I was able to decant the remaining meat into a leftover container, and clean the pan in seconds. There was no burn spots on the bottom exterior of the pan, either. Once washed, it looked brand new. The next morning, I (attempted to make) fried eggs in the smaller pan. I will admit user error here, because I've not made fried eggs in decades (I should have stuck to scrambled eggs!). There was no sticking, but because I used a badly-designed spatula, I had a hard time getting the eggs flipped. So, I chef-flipped my eggs. It was non-stick enough that I was able to do that and NEITHER of the yolks broke! And again, cleanup was a breeze! Going by these two tests, I would totally buy more of these pans. I would like a pan like this in 12"" or 14"" to better serve the needs of my family. I would definitely recommend these pans to other home cooks who like to have easy-to-use pieces that are also easy to clean!
