Lives up to all my expectations- truly nonstick, no need for a spray, washes easily, cooks evenly, don't have to yell at my husband any more for using metal utensils and ruining the cookware- it does NOT scratch!! Also claims not to leave residue on a glass cooktop from the cookware itself when you overcook something, and that seems to be the case- we have an electric range. Only wish they had come with lids for both of the different size skillets that you get. I would buy more Circulon pieces to replace my other pots and pans.

Handles and lids are insulated. No hot pads needed. I love these pans. very good looking. I know of no other aluminum, non-stick pans that go in dishwasher. Other brands, over time, the back side aluminum deteriorates and ruins your dish towels if you happen to later wash and dry by hand.
Pros: Attractive, Convenient, Dishwasher Safe, Easy To Use, Well Built / Quality

Love that it's Nonstick, nothing sticks, food just slides off easily. It has a nice firm handle grip. Love the sizes it comes in, perfect for small amount of servings or large amount serving. It's durable and easy to clean. I would definitely recommend this awesome product to everyone. Thank you for giving me a chance to try it.

We absolutely LOVE our Symmetry cookware set. Our favorite piece of the whole set that we use is the 12" skillet that comes with this pair. It's a great size for all kinds of meals, from bacon for breakfasat, to those mac'n'cheese skillet meals when our family is in a rush for a meal. We use that particular piece 85% of the time when we cook, so much so that we've finally worn out the non-stick surface (apparently from over heating it on our induction cooktop?), but are coming back for two more sets of them since we use the 12" skillet so much. My only complaint, if you could really call it that, is that Circulon should sell these 12" skillets individually. In fact, all pieces should be made available individually (including lids), so those of us that use them every day can replace pieces that are worn out, damaged, or we decide that a couple particular pieces are the most used and having an extra one around would be handy. As it stands, we have far more 10" skillet style pieces that we know what do with, but are in need of a couple 12" skillets. Unfortunately, you have to buy the set, so now we'll have two more 10" skillets to add to the collection of 4 that we already don't use nearly as much... Overall, I love this Circulon line, since it's the perfect fit for us being non-stick, dishwasher safe, and induction compatible. On top of all that, it also looks great! Keep up the great work Circulon, but also listen to your customers! Let us buy individual pieces!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These skillets are great! They heat quickly and evenly and even eggs don't stick to them. You don't even have to use non-stick spray. And the handle doesn't get hot, so you can still grab it to serve whatever you are making! I will be buying more pots and pans like this!

Best skillets I've ever owned!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the circulon skillets! I made cheese burgers and chicken in them so far. The skillets heated up quick and cooked the meat evenly!! I used metal utensils in them and there were no scratches at all!! Cleaning them was very easy also! I ran them under hot water and everything rinsed right off them i didn't have to scrub them!! I threw my old skillets away and will only use these from now on!
