[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was more than pleased not only after my first time using the Circulon Symmetry Chocolate Hard-Anodized skillets! The 12 inch was perfect for tossing my pasta! The cheese didn't stick, and cleaned up so easy! Both were super easy to clean up! I have already recommended them to all my close friends and family members!

I replaced my 10 year old 11 inch Circulon commercial skillet with these, they are lighter weight and distribute heat more evenly
Pros: Distributes Heat Evenly, Easy To Clean, Handle Stays Cool, Heats Quickly, Non-Stick, Retains Heat

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used my skillet to cook rare cut of steak and I was amazed at how well it cooked. Cooked evenly on both sides, steak didn't stick to the pan AT ALL! They are very easy to clean. I like the chocolate color also. Only not so great thing is how heavy the large pan is. Maybe addingg a small handle on the opposite side to offer support when handling hot liquids such as grease or broth.

I also made some over easy eggs to see if they would stick, and they didn't! They are nice and heavy duty pans. I can't wait to cook some more with them!

My favorite Skillets!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using non-stick cookware for ages now but this pair stands out among others. These have unique design of circles which enables the food not to stick on the skillets and food slides off immediately. It has three layers of non stick coating and so far haven't seen any wear and tear on it yet. These can be used to cook the main course or the side dishes, I use it for almost everything like omelette, stirring the vegetables etc. Non-stick coating is of premium quality which keeps the food nutrition intact and are not lost during cooking. The exteriors of these two skillets are exclusively design and adds to the decor of the kitchen appliances. Cleaning is super fast and easy as well. It rinse almost immediately. I normally hand-wash these but these are dishwasher safe too. Most of the skillets have an issue of heated handles however this set has rubberized handle over the stainless steel handles which is such a huge advantage and comfortable during cooking.So far I am very happy with these pans.I would highly recommend to this to everyone.
