I'm getting myself a full set of Circulon Symmetry line

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was unaware of this brand before participating in this program. The timing couldn't have been more perfect as I was in search of a good skillet to replace my current 2 skillets at home. I received the 10 inch and 12 inch French Skillets. I managed to use both skillets on a daily basis twice a day for the last week and I must say the products are Top Notch. The following reasons are why I say so. 1) The products are very well made. The materials are sturdy and the handle with the silicone grip is perfect to use when handling a skillet. 2) My stove tilts to the side slightly and that makes cooking a little challenging for me from time to time. The skillets heat distribution is even and that helps immensely with my cooking. I'm even able to finish cooking my food in the oven with skillets if and whenever needed. 3) I'm not a big fan of using plastic made kitchen utensils. Even though the skillet are non-stick, I can still use metal utensils on it. These pans still looks good and their non-stick surface works perfectly with it. 4) The skillet are so well made that I don't need to use a lot of oil when cooking my food worrying my food will stick to the cooking surface. 5) The down side to this product is that there are no holes on handle where I can just hang them up after washing them. The skillets will either have to be left on the stove or in the cabinet (of which I have very limited space). 6) I bought 2 different brands of skillets before (one American Brand and one Korean Brand) which cost the same price as Circulon. In terms of quality, The Circulon pans are very well made. The other American Brand and Korean Brand skillets were more flimsy in their product design and the non-stick coating chipped away pretty quickly. 7) Since I'm looking to replace my cookware set, this product line will be one that I'll be purchasing.

Absolutely non-stick!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I make a really amazing chicken Diablo dinner. Normally I have a really hard time with his dish because the chicken always ends up sticking to the pan with all the ingredients I use. I must say I am very I pressed by these pans! When they advertise non stick, they mean It! And after dinner tonight, I could literally take a paper towel and wipe the pan clean! None of my current pans would ever allow me to just wipe it clean! Not ally after cooking this dish, I would be soaking and scrubbing my pans in hot water for quite some time! I never heard of this name brand until just recently and after tonight's dinner, I will be purchasing other sizes of these pans and throwing out all my old ones!!!! For anyone in the market for new pans, I highly suggest giving these a try! I assure you, you will not be disappointed! I took pictures prior to using these tonight, I'll attach them below. Pans are currently in the dishwasher-- which is completely another bonus to these Pans! They are dish washer safe!

Solid pan

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was hesitant to like these pans. I am starting to really Love them though. I can put them in the dishwasher and they are still Performing great. I always add a little oil still but the nonstick is perfect. I love the straight edges as well. The color I got was brown and it's a classic dark brown. The pans are a little on the heavy side and strain my wrists a bit but nothing that I can't tolerate.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Circulon Symmetry Chocolate Hard- Anodized Nonstick 10-inch and 12-inch French skillets are the best they do not stick at all very easy to clean after a use! These are my favorite pans in the kitchen I use them every chance I get!

Such a great cookware set!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really put the Circulon Symmetry 10 and 12 inch skillets to use! The surface area and depth of these pans is great, and the walls have a very slight angle making for less crowding and more that can be placed in them. I would say that can be a huge advantage over other similar products. I used metal tongs to maneuver foods in these Hard-Anodized nonstick pans, and even left them over night sitting in a saucy mess. No scratches and still came clean so easily that I could have just wiped them out and went on to cook more in them (I didn't), so they really offer easy clean up as well! They have a beautiful brown finish on the outside that fits in well with almost any kitchen, and they feel great. I love that they were a nice thickness and the way the heat was distributed. My favorite part about these pans is that I went from stove top to oven without a second thought since they are heat safe up to 400 degrees! Before attempting to review this set I had heard of Circulon Symmetry french skillets but I was skeptical of trying them. They actually function better than my usual and most other brands that I have tried. I have already had guests over to show them how easy it is to cook with these skillets, and I think I will be purchasing other products from Circulon to replace my current set of cookware. I can't think of anything negative to say about this product. I did receive the Circulon Hard-Anodized Nonstick 10-inch and 12-inch French Skillets in Chocolate completely free to review.

Keeps food from sticking, cooks well... Some design flaws

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] During the past 2 weeks I have already used these skillets for eggs, omelettes, pancakes and sauteed vegetables. They are much more powerfully nonstick than other pans I've used, and the hard-anodized construction means that I can use metal utensils with no sticking, which is simply amazing as I really hate using a plastic spatula! You can also scrub them more vigorously than you would most nonstick pans without any scratching... though you won't need to, as nothing sticks! My main complaints is two construction flaws. The first is that the bottom is actually a little *too* heavy. It's nice for a pan to have some heft but because it's so hefty these pans retain heat far, far longer than your typical nonstick pan. That means that if you cook something to the same doneness you have cooked it in the past in a regular nonstick pan, you will find that by the time you plate that food, it is actually a bit overdone. The fact that it retains heat should be more prominently advertised or the item should be redisgned to retain heat a little less. That's a feature I'd expect to see in cast iron or copper, not in a nonstick pan. There is also a place where the metal of the handle that is attached to the pan itself gives way to a silicone handle grip. That place is perfect for little bits of food and bacteria to settle, as there is a tiny gap there. I know this will be an annoyance to me over time. That said, these pans cook and clean really well and have already replaced my other nonstick pans.
