Absolutely non-stick!

I make a really amazing chicken Diablo dinner. Normally I have a really hard time with his dish because the chicken always ends up sticking to the pan with all the ingredients I use. I must say I am very I pressed by these pans! When they advertise non stick, they mean It! And after dinner tonight, I could literally take a paper towel and wipe the pan clean! None of my current pans would ever allow me to just wipe it clean! Not ally after cooking this dish, I would be soaking and scrubbing my pans in hot water for quite some time! I never heard of this name brand until just recently and after tonight's dinner, I will be purchasing other sizes of these pans and throwing out all my old ones!!!! For anyone in the market for new pans, I highly suggest giving these a try! I assure you, you will not be disappointed! I took pictures prior to using these tonight, I'll attach them below. Pans are currently in the dishwasher-- which is completely another bonus to these Pans! They are dish washer safe!

Amazing Pans

We purchased this pair of skillets were purchased along with the matching 8.5"" skillet. We did a lot of research and read a lot of reviews before finally settling on this brand and we are very satisfied with their overall performance. We purchased these skillets to replace our previous set of skillets made by Denmark® Tools for Cooks. Our main concern is how well the non-stick surface would hold up with our induction cooktop since the Denmark® skillets had become almost unusable in a little over a year of use. Thus far all of the Circulon skillets they have performed quite well. The weight is ""hefty"" but not anywhere near the weight of an equivalent size case iron skillet.One of the primary advantages is being able to use metal utensils without damaging the surface. In addition to this, they are also dishwasher safe. Another real plus is the silicone covered handles that keep them cool to the touch. Now that we have these three skillets, we will soon replace our other pots and pans with the Circulon Symmetry line.

Best skillets ever!

I love these skillets by Circulon. For years I have been buying cheaper non-stick cookware and have found them to be inferior and not lasting very long. For a Christmas gift my husband bought we a full set of Circulon cookware which I am delighted about, but it did not have the size skillets that I needed. These two skillets are easy to use; the food just slides out of them & cleaning is so simple. I've been married over 50 years & it took me that long to realize that I should have started with upscale cookware from the very beginning. We've raised five kids and how I wish I had this product while they young. (I'd probably be still using them) However, they do get plenty of use when our whole family gets together! Thank you Circulon ! P.S. It's also fantastic that they can be used in a dishwasher!!!

Beautiful Cookware

I handwash only and food runs right off with just a soft sponge, soap and water. Pictures don't do the cookware justice. I personally love the textured bottom of the pans. Haven't had them long but I'm attached so hoping they'll hold up long term!

I replaced my 10 year old 11 inch Circulon commercial skillet with these, they are lighter weight and distribute heat more evenly

I've tried about 5 different types of,non stick pans that aren't Teflon. They all fail within a few months of daily use. My wife says I cook too hot, but i was a pro cook in a prior life, so I cook like a I mean it. These circulon pans, which I've seen for years, but never tried, I finally gave in. The good - solid pan, retains heat better than most non sticks - Teflon based or non-pfoa. The non stick surface is really tough. I won't use metal utensils on it, even though it is supposed to,be ok. Hard nylon utensils work great. They look good too. - the non stick isn't as ""non-stick"" as other pans. Stuff doesn't slide right off, even when brand new. That is ok, the main point is that stuff doesn't stick, and these, a bit over a year in with daily use, are still going strong. The not so good - the handle could be a little better designed. And, even thought it's oven safe to 400, I'd like to see a 100% metal handle rather than me with a silicon insert (it's just another gap in material to fail.) I'm sold and will buy other circulon cookware in the future as I replace all my other non stick pans. I'll still use my all clads on occasion, but these circulons are the go to in our kitchen.
