Amazing!

The pans have a nice grid pattern on the inside, and I didn't know what to think about them until I used it. They absolutely do not stick, and we have used them in many ways. The color of the pans inside and out is really gorgeous! If you want unique and pretty these check off those boxes. The handle has a nice silicone grip, and your hands keep safe when handling even over the heat. These pans are worth the money, and are a great value! The build is constructed extremely well, and will hold up for years.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Best 10 and 12 inch Pans!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First time I've ever owned any circulon nonstick pans, I've used different ones but my food has always stuck to the bottom after so long. When I started using these pans, they cooked my food nicely and nothing stuck to the bottom. They are very easy to use, I always let mine soak after using them. These pans are the best, I love cooking with them. They are easy to wash up and put away, which is good. The pans are good for frying your food, I also love sautéing my foods. The pans have a sleek design, Merlot color. Which is beautiful, I use these daily and have no problems with them!!

Everything I want in a non-stick pan

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Loving these pans so far! The color is absolutely gorgeous; it's a pearl finish over a deep purple-y red (merlot is the perfect name for it). The pan itself feels very sturdy, without being too heavy, and the handle is covered in a textured grip that works great when your hands are wet. LOVE that they are dishwasher safe; it's one of my must haves when buying pans for regular use. The pans have nice tall walls with a slight outward curve to them making food manipulation very easy; I could see using these for a stir-fry and not having to worry about ingredients falling out. I tested the non-stick coating by making a pancake, using only a tiny pat of butter for lubrication and it worked great! The grooves at the bottom of my pan left little grill marks on my pancake, but that just makes them look more exciting. All in all I would definitely recommend these pans as essentials for every day use.

I would definatetly buy these

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The day I received these in the mail I opened them immediately and washed them. The first meal that I used the one big one for was meatballs. They said they were oven friendly so I put the meatballs in the oven in the frying pan and cooked them that way. The frying pan held up amazingly in the oven. The next thing I cooked in a frying pan was eggs in the smaller pan they came out easily they didn't stick to all the nooks and crannies in the pan which was amazing. I have cooked grilled cheese sandwiches and french toast in these pants as well. I would highly recommend these frying pans they are absolutely amazing.

They stick like crazy FIRST USE!

I contacted Circulon directly to find out if any seasoning for these pans is recommended. They said no, just gently wash and use. So I did that... pancakes stuck badly in one pan and fried eggs stuck all over LIKE CRAZY in the other. I used just below medium heat. When even pancakes stick on the first use, clearly the claims about these pans are not true.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We are years-long fans of Circulon bakeware. We have many of your products which we use regularly. Circulon is always our first choice when buying something new in cookware. After years of use we needed to replace our 10 inch skillet so this twin pack was our choice. This is a great product but unfortunately it is too heavy and the handles make it harder to use. So we have not used them and are looking for a place to donate them rather than send them back. Do you have anything you can recommend that would be a little lighter and be easier to handle but still have all the great Circulon characteristics?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love these frying pans! They are very sturdy and the handle is easy to grip. I love that the design and color of the pans. They are perfect when you are cooking both breakfast eggs and bacon and super easy to clean. I would definitely recommend this brand especially if you have a small apartment or adding to a collection. They are so well made and I feel like when I made chicken it cooks so evenly. Before I got these pans, I wasn't aware of these amazing skillets! They are my go to for cooking everything! I would highly recommend these!
