I had my last Circulon pans for 20 years and decided to replace them although still useable . These new pans are exactly the same quality and the non stick quick food release is as advertised. I highly recommend these pans.

Symmetry by Circulon is the best non stick pans I've ever used. Fried egg slides off the pan after 100 uses with no problem. I got rid of all the other pots and pans and I was a stainless steel fan for decades.

I had a 10 inch pan and it is perfect size for most of the time to make a Pan-fried vegetables (Okra Fry, Potato Fry etc.. for two people) and it has the right amount of depth. So, I bought this set to give a slightly bigger version of the same and slightly smaller version of the same pan.

I use them on a glass top stove, got about 2 years out of the last set before non-stick coating began to wear off. Shipping was fast and good packaging to avoid damage. Used gently with plastic utensils and hand washed only.
