great pans

Handles and lids are insulated. No hot pads needed. I love these pans. very good looking. I know of no other aluminum, non-stick pans that go in dishwasher. Other brands, over time, the back side aluminum deteriorates and ruins your dish towels if you happen to later wash and dry by hand.

Easiest cleanup ever

After the first use I was able to rinse all the cooked food away with just water. I have never had cookware with such an easy food release. As a result I have now purchased more Circulon.

A great 'go-to' pan

I've abused this pan with heat/dishwasher/metal tools. I've thrown it in the oven (under 400°F) and burned food on it. And it's still my go-to pan.
