Large and In Charge!

I got this skillet about a year ago and I still love it. It heats up quickly and distributes the heat evenly throughout the pan. The nonstick surface still performs like a new skillet and therefore, the clean up is fast and easy. The slope of the pan is low so it is easy to turn the pan and slide the food out. The helper handle makes it easier to lift the pan and empty the contents out. That said, I really love this skillet because it is HUGE. I can cook hash browns for the family and they get crunchy because there's enough surface area for the potatoes to spread out. The days of a crowded pan are over. I can also make my dogs food with this 14 inch skillet because I can cook 3 pounds of hamburger at one time. Don't worry about how you will store a pan this large. It is 100% worth rearranging a few things in your cabinet so you can own this versatile frying pan.

Great for cooking, easy to clean

The skillet is great for cooking, especially for the Chinese style meal, cause there are always many ingredients for one plate, the skillet is big enough to put them all together. If there is a lid for the skillet will be perfect. And cleaning is easy too, I don't have to scratch, just use dishwashing liquid with hot water, the grease all gone.

This thing is HUGE and awesome! The nonstick surface really IS nonstick, it's durable, and did I mention plenty of room in this pan?

14-in Skillet

I had used this product to make a Sausage and vegetables over rice. The handle helper worked great. I love this Skillet. I would love to have the set. When I washed it, the stuck on food came off with no problem.

""Brilliant technology""

First time to try Rachael Ray product and was amazed. I tried the Hard - Anodized 14-inch Skillet with the helper handle. Talk about Brilliant Tech. This pan will cook anything without sticking. No mess and easy clean up. Couldn'thave asked for a better skillet. Absolutly love everything about it.

Great skillet for a large family!

The skillet is great for stir frying large portions due to its size. I have a big family, so preparing a quick meal becomes a breaze with this one! It non stick, so I don't use a lot of oil. The handles also make it super easy to handle the skillet. I would definitely buy it again. Plus, the orange pop of color makes it super fun!

Must have Rachael Ray skillet

I love this skillet. It's an extra large skillet for stir fry, sautéing veggies, and more! I've used it to lightly fry my chicken breasts. It was evenly cooked and didn't burn. I love the orange colored handles that prevent burning your hands when you touch it. It is so easy to clean as well since it's a nonstick skillet. This is a must have skillet for cooking!

• I received this skillet a week or so ago, and I have used it just about every day since. It's the largest skillet I own, yet it's not so heavy that it's difficult to maneuver while cooking. The ""helper handle"" is great for steadying the skillet and I find myself wishing some of my other skillets had this feature. • The description for this skillet says ""nonstick"" and it isn't lying. I've cooked hashbrowns, meatloaf, burgers, bacon, sausage, eggs, pancakes, etc. on this pan and NOTHING stuck. • While this skillet is able to go in the dishwasher, I've really had no need to wash it this way. As mentioned previously, the nonstick is so great - cleanup is a breeze! • It should also be mentioned that you can throw this skillet in the oven up to 350 degrees, but I haven't tried this feature yet. I'm excited to try it out! • I really appreciate that the rubberized portion on the handles goes ALL THE WAY AROUND the handle, so there is no ""hot spot"" when you touch them. This is another feature I wish all of my other pots and pans had... • I would recommend this skillet to a friend, and I would most certainly purchase this item. • Prior to participating in this review program, I was aware that Racheal Ray had a cookware line, but I was unaware of this line specifically.
