5 Stars doesn't do it justice.

If I could fall in love with a pan for a color alone, that would be enough. This is such an amazing product that I have used it for more than just Stir Fry. It is so easy to clean and very durable. I have several pans that I generally use that warped quickly or never come completely clean but after using this 4 tims since getting it, it still looks brand new.

I like how this Stir Fry pan worked it cook my food evenly and it held allot of food in it. I had chicken and vegetables and noodles all in one pan. It is nice and heavy and made very well and I nice grip to the handle so makes for easy holding. It is dishwasher safe and came out clean. It is oven safe up till 400 degree. You can use metal utensils But not sharp ones like forks and knifes. I would recommend this stir fry pan for anyone who loves to cooks stir fry.

Best pan I own

When I first received my Circulon Symmetry Stir Fry pan in the mail I was in awe it was so beautiful; The chocolate color was a good pick! I couldn't wait to cook in my new pan and ended up cooking Mongolian beef for dinner. I intentionally tried to test the pan by turning up the heat all the way. I was pleasantly surprised by how well the heat disbursed and did not scald or burn my beef. The big test was the sauce because as most of us know those Asian sauces get sticky and thick and are likely to burn and stick to the pan 100% of the time. The stir fry wok worked amazing and I finished dinner easily. The only other thing I could think to test was to let it sit in the sink and see if it was hard to clean. After finishing dinner I went to wash the pan with dish detergent and the soft side of the sponge; the pan came clean so easily! I really love this pan so much and can not wait to use it again! If you buy it you will not be disappointed.

I used it for a vegetable stir fry and it worked great. Nothing stuck to the bottom of the pan. It seemed to heat pretty evenly too. The helper handle made it easy to dump the food out of the pan before serving. The pan was a breeze to clean the remaining sauce and tiny vegetables scraps just wiped right out. I would buy a set of these pans for myself.

I received a Circulon Symmetry Chocolate Hard-Anodized Nonstick 14-Inch Stir Fry with Helper Handle, it is a nice and sturdy pan of high quality. The helper handle is heavy and sturdy not too light as other brands. I have not heard of the pan before but I would buy it again. The food doesn't stick and cooks well with the pas as well. I would recommend the pan to others as well.

Lots of stir fry and it is a good size for a family of 4 or more. Like it that the handle is handy and I can use it to toss my food.
