Love this Skillet!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first Rachel Ray product and I love it! The handle feels sturdy when you hold the pan and it does not get hot. I was pleasantly surprised when I went to pick it up and it was cool to touch. The pan heated quickly and evenly and the items I have cooked in it do not stick, even melted cheese. Clean up was quick and easy, as it did not require any scrubbing. I hope to be able to add more Rachel Ray products to my kitchen equipment.

Cooks food so easily and without food sticking.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was super impressed at how easily this 8.5 inch skillet by Rachel Ray cooked so many foods both quickly, and without it sticking or making messes . My favorite thing so far to cook in this skillet is eggs. Both scrambled and fried eggs were so easy to move around and flip without burning. I have never been able to cook a really good fried egg until using this skillet, so that was amazing in itself! I hang all of our cookware on hooks on our kitchen wall for display, and this skillet looks extra modern and conversation worthy when it's on the wall with the red bottom side facing out. I am really excited to cook more quick little items in this skillet, it's my new go to for cooking up whatever I can fit into it. I only used some olive oil in it for seasoning purposes it sure is nice to not have to use any non-stick sprays with this skillet. Clean up on this skillet is truly a breeze and a major time saver! I can go from cooking scrambled eggs, to quick rinse it out, and change over to cooking something new without any hassle. The handle on the skillet is nice and sturdy to hold onto, which makes it easy to use for flipping or moving foods around in it. The only tiny issue I had with the handle is that the inside of the hole area for hanging the skillet is very easy to scratch the paint off inside the hole. I really didn't mind it, as you would have to look up and close to even see the scratch. All in all I can honestly say in all my years of using cookware this has been my favorite skillet. It sure can handle itself quite well and is a very versatile for a piece of cookware for years to come!
