Been looking to replace my old griddle pan and have been looking for awhile. Heard about Ciculon's pan and it had all 5 star reviews. Had my pan for about two weeks and used it several times. The food cooked evenly and came out awesome. The pan cleans up with ease. If you're looking for a 12 inch griddle pan highly recommend this A++

I have had my pan for a few years and I like it but it has one flaw, it is not even on the bottom, It will not sit like it should, it wobbles around. I am considering returning it to see if it can be replaced. Other than that it is a great pan.
