Cake/Bake Pan Easy Non-Stick Cleanup

I needed a versatile, all around non-stick baking pan with a cover for refrigeration and easy carrying to dinners. The quality of this pan is superb....heavy gauge non-stick costed steel and perfect for baking chicken breasts, sauced meatloaves, stuffed backed seafood or fish, casseroles, and of course sheet cakes. So versatile with the orange heavy BPA-free plastic sturdy locking protective cover. Hand wash or dishwasher on light wash. Love this! I need to buy more of this baking line of pans and sheets.

Lid is nearly impossible to get off.

pan works just fine for making bread, casseroles, roasting vegetables, or even cookies in a pinch. However, I hate the lid. I've had this thing for 5 years and I still don't understand how I am supposed to open the lid easily. I eventually get it open, but it takes a few minutes of fumbling with the lid which is very frustrating. I should also add that I am an able-bodied, nimble person. So, if it's hard for me, it's gonna be hard for your grandma, etc. I would not recommend.
