Truly a pan for a lifetime!!!

I cannot begin to share how fortunate I feel to have found the The Circulon Symmetry Chocolate Hard-Anodized Nonstick 12-Inch Covered Essential Pan. It is one-of-a-kind, sturdy, durable, sophisticated and rich, on top of being truly non-stick making cooking and cleanup a breeze! It is absolutely AMAZING, perfect for cooking anything, and one of the only pans I now use! The value for the money is unmatched. If you're looking to add a durable, hi-quality, and beautiful piece to your kitchen, look no further! Non-Stick Surface- This pan is TRULY non-stick! I have cooked several things from veggies, stews, to even rice! (Yes... this is a fantastic rice cooker!) It releases food easily, eliminating scraping. The PFOA-free premium-quality non-stick surface does not scratch. *I also might add I like all my food on the well done side, some may say even burned- and I finally found a pan that can handle it without hours of soaking and scrubbing!! Even cheese dishes have come clean easily with a rub of a paper towel!! Definitely a time saver!! Heat Distribution- Heat is distributed evenly throughout the pan providing an even, perfect heat to cook, simmer, sear, and seal in the flavors!! Ease of Handling- The long silicone coated handle ensures a comfortable and sturdy grip. While the handle on the lid is also silicone coated and does not absorb heat. No more burned hands (or use of bulky pot holders) from grabbing a hot lid!! Ease of Cleaning- Incredably easy clean up! While it is dishwasher safe, there really is no need as it is easily wiped clean. Design- The shape and size are perfect for anything from a meal for 1 to a meal for 4 with food leftover. The beautiful and easily cleaned outside surface makes it not just useful, but also a wonderful and sophisticated addition to any kitchen. This pan is very heavy and durable. It's rounded sides remind me of a wok and it is able to hold a lot of food. Cleans very easily.

I love the size of this pan, perfect for stir fry or scrambled eggs, I have even heated up soup because the sides are nice and deep. It feels sturdy and good quality. So far it has cooked very well, and cleaned up perfectly in the dishwasher. The handle does not get hot, but because if the silacone handle this pan cannot be used in the oven. It has held up well! I have not had it for long so in a year I could give a more accurate reveiw. You will not be disappointed!!

This pan is amazing. Nonstick 12 inch pan. Cooking breakfast in it and even fried chicken and don't have to worry about it sticking. I would buy these for Christmas gifts.
