Love the tea kettle - in RED

Looking on-line for a kettle replacement, I immediately wanted the Contempo in red, when I saw the photo. The oriental inspired architectural handle the excellent proportions and the red, with black handle, all worked for me. The fact that it was a Circulon product, also worked for me. I am a retired product designer and this kettle looks terrific siting on our cook-top, full time and performs as a tea kettle should. Recently and very unfortunately, I have discovered rust spots developing inside the kettle. This, of course means that it is only a matter of time until we develop a leak. Sad...especially since we have never put anything into the kettle, other than tap water. No rust spots, at this writing and the rating would be 5 stars.
Pros: A beautiful piece of design that works.
Cons: Interior rust spots after about 2 yrs.
