So far the pans are great

My husband and I have been using the Rachael Ray Hard Enamel Nonstick Skillets for a few days now. No issues with either of them. Our dishwasher is currently broken, so we couldn't test running them through the dishwasher (but they are very easy to clean by hand). They both heated our food evenly on them. Perfect sizes for each skillet.

I cooked sausage and it was turned out great cooked evenly. Plus, it was easy to clean too and the bottom of the pan did not turn brown.

I have used this pan everyday since it has arrived. I've used it to make omelettes, scrambled eggs, cook bacons, and fried rice. For everything that I have used, I really didn't need much oil because the nonstick coating on the pans are that GOOD. They are literally NONSTICK! I love it. The handles on the pan are very ergonomic and the red ceramic coating makes it also look very attractive. However, I think that also makes it not compatible to be put in the dishwasher as well. (for now, I will hand wash them) and I really do not mind, because I want to keep them around as long as I can.

these are very sturdy and attractive. when i cook in here, the vegetables don't stick or get burned. It is very easy to wash either by hand or dishwasher. they aren't too heavy either. The grip is soft and comfortable and doesn't get hot so I don't need to wear an oven mitt when I cook.

My Favorite Skillets Ever!

I am seriously impressed with the Rachael Ray® Hard Enamel Nonstick Twin Pack Skillets! Honestly, this is some of the only cookware that has lived up to it's claims & my expectations! The first feature that really caught my eye was the nonstick interior! Nothing, and I mean nothing, sticks to these skillets! Pancakes, eggs, cheesy delights - they all slide effortlessly from skillet to plate! This makes cleaning such a breeze! No scrubbing needed! I love how these skillets distribute heat evenly! My food cooks perfectly & never burns! The rubber handles are great! Not only are do they have a super comfortable grip, they are also oven safe! I enjoy being able to sear my meats and then put them in the oven to finish, so this is an incredible feature to have in a skillet! The two sizes (9.25 & 11 inch) found in the twin pack are just what I need for my normal cooking routine! The smaller skillet is perfect for eggs, grilled cheese & pancakes, while the larger skillet is what I use to prepare bigger family meals in! The bright orange color gives these skillets a modern flare & would definitely add style to any kitchen! After using these skillets & loving them so much, I am excited to make some additional cookware purchases from the Rachael Ray® line! Two thumbs up! Highly recommended! I just got my Rachael Ray Hard Enamel Nonstick Twin Pack in the mail today and I took them out and cooked lunch for my family. I couldn't believe how well my food slid right off the pan. I always wanted to buy these pan and now I will be getting more. These pans are high quality and not to mention super cute with the orange on the outside, also the handles are made from a very comfy material that doesn't hurt your hand to hold or transfer your food from pan to plate. They are also solid pans but light weight so they wont be a pain to move around if you need to. I have gone threw so many pans in my time and none have been like these, they all say non stick but they are not. I will be telling all my friends and family about these pans and how they have to get the Rachael Ray Hard Enamel Nonstick Twin Pack.

These are really great. Lightweight, but durable, superior quality. I've used them to cook everything from eggs to chicken and vegetables, and the food residue washes right off. They stack perfectly and store well, and they're very easy to maintain. Would definitely buy these and recommend them to everyone!
