Love this lightweight skillet!

I love the size of this skillet. It is great so sautéing vegetables or a stir fry. My other larger skillet isn't as deep as this one and I'm not able to cook as much in it. It is very easy to clean up. Everything slides off it and I've not had anything stick. I really like how lightweight it is but it also seems very durable. I definitely would purchase more cookware like this and would recommend others to.

This pan is so great. It's a very good quality and non stick. I made scrambled eggs and literally NOTHING stuck onto it. I love the color also!

What an awesome non-stick skillet!

My first time that I used Rachael Ray's Hard Enamel Aluminum Nonstick 12.5-Inch Skillet, (that I received in exchange for an honest review) I was amazed by the handle. This rubberized handle (which is marine blue, also) has a good grip on it. Even when my hand was damp, it still was able to get a good grip. I have used it three times so far. Parmesan Chicken (fried to perfection and fit in the pan with room to spare!), Bacon (I was able to lay the bacon straight and it fried flat), and eggs ( I did 3 kinds, over easy, over medium and scrambled-all turned out perfect!) I am so impressed with the size and the non-stick. The color (Marine Blue) is a very nice color and now I want my whole kitchen this color. I have never used a Hard Enamel Aluminum non-stick that even compares to this one. I am looking forward to purchasing more from this collection. Before participating in the program, I knew who Racheal Ray is and have seen her cookware on television but had never used any. I would recommend this particular pan because of the size, the performance, and the easy cleanup. I am looking forward to searing something and finishing it in the oven (the pan is oven safe up to 350*)

My mom's skillet was old and happened to need a new one but we were unsure which would be best for us. We were given the 12.5 skillet to test out and it really is durable. I really enjoy the grip to help lift/move the skillet.

durable, lightweight

I really like this product because it's made well-very durable materials and doesn't scratch, and it's very sturdy to hold heavy ingredients. It's lightweight and easily maneuverable in my hand and doesn't strain my wrist. It cooked my omelette and stir fry evenly and very quickly.

The last skillet you will ever need

When I received the skillet in the mail, I immediately used it to make dinner that night. It is not only really pretty, nice color, nice design, but it is also functional. The handle is great, never got hot, easy to pick up and hold the skillet, even when full. I made a stir-fry with sauce that has sugar (similar to a teriyaki) and normally I always get burnt on remains but this skillet washed away clean with no steel wool necessary. The copper bottom (or at least what looks to be copper) made the skillet heat up evenly and cook the food beautifully. From cooking to cleaning to handling, this skillet was perfect. It was the right size for the amount of food I made, not too big and not too small. I can't wait to use it more often. I would absolutely buy it in the store if I saw it.
