Great Skillet

After using this pan for about a week, I really can't find anything that I don't love about it! The size is larger than most of my skillets, but not so huge that it gets in the way on the stove or in the sink/cupboard. The nonstick coating is great, I made scrambled eggs with cheese and they just slid right out of the pan. The pan is thick enough that it holds and distributes the heat well and the handle/pan weight ratio is great (so the handle doesn't tip the pan).

Premium Rachel Ray Blue Skillet

A really nice non-stick skillet; premium finish and feel. The pan has a heavy base with a grippy sturdy handle. It cooks food evenly and heats up quickly. See pictures for relative size- easily fits five slices of bacon. Its gorgeous blue color is a fun plus as well. Rachel Ray knows her kitchen supplies and this is perfect for a home chef. A functional and lovely tool to add to your kitchen arsenal! Would highly recommend- a solid long-lasting product.

How did I ever live without this pan? It is the perfect size and has a great color. It heats evenly throughout so one side isn't burnt and the other cold. PFOA free! Yay that is so great and healthy! Love the rubber grip handle makes cooking seem like it is no work at all!

Awesome skillet

I loved the Rachael Ray Hard Enamel Aluminum Nonstick 12.5 in. skillet! The first thing I cooked was an omelet. I really liked that it did NOT stick! It cooked the omelet throughout very well. The size of the skillet is perfect. It is large. This is a great non stick skillet for any meal. It is great for making skillet casseroles. The color is beautiful. This skillet is made very well. The handle is great because it is easy to hold. It is also oven safe which is awesome for recipes that need to be cooked in the oven. I would definitely recommend this skillet. It is perfect for any and all cooking!

Lightweight Nonstick

I liked using this nonstick Rachel Ray pan for frying up eggs and potatoes and cheese and such without having to worry about any sticking. The first day I got it, it did get a scratch on the outside somehow, but I haven't noticed any new scratches. The handle is very comfortable and I don't have to worry about it getting hot like metal ones sometimes do. I don't like that there are exposed rivets it the pan as that makes for harder cleanup, but it's not a deal breaker for me. All in all, it's a very nice looking and well performing lightweight nonstick pan.

I want the rest of the set!

As soon as I received this pan I used it right away! I made some steak with veggies and it came out so good. My food Cooked really well. I had experiences where the pan would get scraped or they would say non stick and still burnt my food. But this guy was great. I definitely want the rest of Rachel rays cookware. It was super easy to clean as well. I hand wash my dishes and everything just wiped right off.

Great Non-Stick Skillet

I was given the opportunity to try out the Rachael Ray Hard Enamel Aluminum Nonstick 12.5-Inch Skillet, Marine Blue. I was aware of the Rachael Ray cookware before, but not this particular skillet nor color. I was really surprised how light weight it was. The Marine Blue color is a color I wouldn't typically select; however, it is a really appealing color, and was pleasantly surprised how much I liked it. I would consider buying a set in this color. I have cast-iron and 2 different sets Faberware pans, and this Rachael Ray has a way better non-stick surface than those. This skillet is not dishwasher safe; however, I love that you can put it in a 350 oven. I love the size of the 12.5 inch skillet; you can made a huge pasta meal in it with no problem. The only thing I didn't like is it doesn't have a lid; I did look online to see if I could find one, but to no avail. I highly recommend this skillet and in this color, and I would definitely buy the Rachael Ray Hard Enamel Aluminum Nonstick 12.5-Inch Skillet, Marine Blue.
