The most important thing I love from this saucepan is its quality. It is lightweight but helps to cook fast. It is safe for all types of cookware and dishwasher. It is life time warranty. Thus, if there is anything wrong with it, I just need to send it back and get a new one. How nice is it! Would love to recommend.

Great Pan!

I love this saucepan. It is a modern take on the old cooking tool. It is a non-stick and has grooves on the bottom of the pan. This allows cooking very healthy meals since very little oil is required. The handle is easy grip and covered with soft material. When I close the lid, I can make it non-spill or twist the lid 180 degrees, open the spout and pour the liquid out. I haven't heard of this product before but I think it's great. I love that it is dishwasher safe and easy to wash by hand. I would buy this and recommend it to others. It is a great pan to have at home.

Heavy Duty

I'm in love with this saucepan. I love the fact that I can use any type of utensil and not worry about damaging the inside of the pan. It is a heavy duty pan but isn't heavy. It's actually lightweight. Heats evenly, easy to clean, is non-stick, all around, everything you want in a saucepan. Also, the pour spout has come in very handy. The color is great, goes well with my other pots and pans. Feels very durable. It's going to last a long time.

This saucepan is exactly what I've been needing!!

For one I love the color chocolate of this saucepan!! This saucepan is big and I love how high the sides are so that it doesn't boil over and you can fit more food in. I love the soft rubber grip on the handle and the design of it so that it is easy to handle. It is very sturdy and the lid seals nicely. The built in strainer pour spout is absolutely awesome. It makes it so easy to strain the water out without dumping your food out, spilling water, or burning yourself. I have to say since I have been using it I have been cooking everything in it, because I love how well it works so much. It is metal utensil safe which is nice, because I have had issues with my other pots and pans being scratched. It is oven and dishwasher safe. It cooks evenly and food doesn't stick. You will be very happy with this!!

I loved the quality of the pan as well as the lid. Perfect finish. It's good that it is heavy but It would have been great if there was an handle on the other side of the pan as well. It's difficult to hold with just one handle especially when the vessel is full while cooking.

Great product!

My husband and I recently decided it was time to upgrade our cookware. The Circulon set is sleek, sturdy, and made with convenience in mind. The silicone lined handle does not get hot over the gas burner. Both sides of the pan are curved for pouring out the contents. There are small and large strainer holes on the lid, that cut the need for a colander when straining pasta or veggies. We initially wanted Calphalon, but we are relieved to have saved the money without sacrificing quality. This set will last us years!

Beautiful cookware with great performance

I've owned a few straining saucepans before, and honestly, I wasn't a fan. The lids didn't seem to rest quite right; the strainer holes were always too small, and worst of all, the handles felt weak and wobbly. That's not the case at all with this piece of kitchenware. This is the first piece of Circulon cookware I've ever owned, and I have to say, I'm a convert. I never cared much about the name so long as the product did a good job. My experience testing this product has changed my mind. The saucepan is a good, heavy item with a strong handle that's secured by two locking nuts, as opposed to the screws one normally sees attaching handles to the iteam. This ensures the handle won't weaken or warp with use. The saucepan is deep and generously sized, and cooking a full box of pasta wouldn't be a problem. I used mine for quinoa--which is notorious for needing lots of water to cover it, and for once, I didn't have to cook it forever to get it to a texture I like. The saucepan holds heat incredibly well, and that's a challenge with my glass-top stove. My burners are not evenly calibrated, and some burners run far hotter than others, which means cooking times are a guessing game. This pan heated evenly on my craziest burner--I deliberately used it to test the heat-retention qualities of the item, and it went better than I thought. I've long known the name Circulon, but until this product test, I'd never used the brand or this specific item. I absolutely LOVE the color--a deep, shimmery chocolate--and am considering investing in a full set. It went into the dishwasher and came out just as pretty as it went in, no crazing or signs of dishwasher evidence on either the interior or exterior. Circulon is not necessarily what I'd call inexpensive; however, you truly will get what you pay for in strength, attractive design, and durability with this maker. I'm really impressed with this saucepan and plan to redo my cookware around this item!

Great Saucepan - Heavy Duty.

I like that this saucepan comes with a covered staining lid. I have used it to cook and stain pasta and I have used it to cook rice, eggs, potatoes, etc. It is really nonstick and you can even use metal utensils with this saucepan as the bottom has ridges on it so you do not scrape the nonstick off. I love this saucepan and you can put it in the oven as well. What can't you do with this saucepan?
