Water tightness

The tooth brush would be better if it was designed to not let water into the battery compartment. I have had constant problems with this not only on mine but my wife's as well.
When you change the batteries sometimes it close's tight and sometimes not.
They should have put more thought into this.

I've been using the sonic care rechargeable for many years.In fact I did a product evaluation several years ago on the sonic care and I just love them.My dentist told me to throw away any other toothbrush I own. The battery operated sonic care is great for traveling.
Pros: great for travel

I like it, but the brushes are a little hard on my teeth/gums, so want to try the sensitive heads.
Pros: quality product like the sanitizer
Cons: brushes may be too stiff

Had no problems with this product.
Would be nice if they lowered the price on replacement brushes.
Pros: easy to use
