Not water tight

I've only used it a handful of times. Unit works great but battery chamber takes on water. Had batteries erode in 3wks after only maybe using it less than dozen times...and leaving it in my dob kit the on button accidentally was depressed and went to use it and batteries were dead..
Pros: the idea of the unit
Cons: design flaws in battery chamber, safety switch for on /off button
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This is my second one - it was cheaper to buy a brand new on than to pay for refills which by the way are way too expensive but not expensive enough not to use the product
Pros: portable
Cons: refills too expensive

using an electrical toothbrush makes it easier to clean teeth and when compared to a traditional toothbrush it seems to be more effective.
Pros: ease of use

Only complaint is the on-off switch. Easy to turn off inadvertently.

Like the product and would recommend it. It turns off too easily while brushing, but I appreciate its memory component. Gets dirty easily and needs constant cleaning of insides. Non-the-less, it is an essential part of my dental hygene.

I bought this when my rechargeable Sonicare would no longer hold a charge. When I learned this product was available, I decided to try it. I learned that my battery only lasted about a week. I am currently trying lithium batteries in it to see if that helps.
It is a good product, but I miss the reliable charging time from my former Sonicare to this battery operated one.
Pros: does a great job getting my teeth clean
Cons: short battery life
