I don't like getting toothpaste on my cloths. You can't pull it out of your mouth without getting toothpaste on your cloths. I don't know anyone that is going to want to go anywhere with toothpaste on the from of their clothing.
Pros: it works great, you get toothpaste on the front of your clothing

Great take along tooth brush!

Bought one each for my wife and I several months ago and love it. It works as well as the rechargeable I use at home, but in a convenient take along package. Works anywhere you can pick up a couple of AA batteries. Very nice for those short or long trips that take me away from home. The only problem I'm having is that I'd like to pick up a couple more to have just in case, but can't find them anywhere.
Pros: uses standard aa batteries., uses the same replacement head as the rechargeable

Don't waste your money

Unless you only need the toothbrush for a month, don't buy this! Our dentist "gave" my daughter this toothbrush the day I spent $5,000 on her braces. After only one month, it has stopped working, and we're sitting in rural northern Wisconsin for the weekend without a sonic toothbrush.
I replaced the batteries (to no avail). I'm calling the company on Monday; I just want to personally tell them how disappointed I was, and that I will be buying something different (but if they send a replacement, I can donate it.)
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Not bad at all but water and scum can build up inside the battery compartment and the toothbrush housing. Clean it inside FREQUENTLY!
Otherwise it works a treat and is possibly the best toothbrush I have ever used.
Pros: great cleaning
Cons: not a very good battery compartment rubber seal.

Brushes teeth well,really powerful,cleans up nice.The only problem is as soon as the battery voltage drops below 1.2 v from 1.5 it stops working,this is the second one I tried,same thing.
Pros: brushes teeth well
Cons: eats batteries

I am happy with the Sonic toothbrush. Wish it came with 2 brush heads tho.
Pros: good product
Cons: vibrates against my teeth on occasion.
