battery operated brush must have a design flaw

would not come on and stay on after pushing button. Would go off after just a few seconds, over and over again. I have bought three of them and returned one. Won't buy another battery operated brush.

This product is acceptable but I wish that I would have spent more money and purchased one that is rechargeable. I had one before this one but it quite working so to replace it I decided to try the battery kind. I am not thrilled with it. My husband has the same kind as I purchased both at the same time. Seems like we have to replace the batteries too often.
Pros: seems to do a good job
Cons: have to replace the batteries too often

Good brushing, poor design.

The toothbrush top brushes well, removing plaque with ease. When replacing the batteries, the end cap is difficult to remove and if the black seal around the bottom is disturbed, the end won't latch back on. I used mine for about 5 months, having to bang the bottom back on to get it to close. Think that might have damaged the inside now.

I am so disappointed in this product and can't use it as it won't work.

I purchased this product on the recommendation of my dentist. It eats up the batteries, but that was okay. Then, it just stopped working; I took it apart, cleaned it, and it still won't work. So, I feel I wasted my money. As to the design, it is heavy to use and awkward, but I was willing to put up with all that. Now, I am just going to stick to a regular toothbrush.
