Love the easy use and ability to keep clean but the replacement heads are too expensive.
Pros: easy to use and not too bulky
Cons: expensive replacement heads

The only thing I don't like about this is the batteries seem to die pretty quickly. Not sure if its the batteries I am using or the toothbrush. I have had sonic that charges but that one died after about 4 or 5 years so, I decided to try the battery operated one due to money at the time. It works just as good as the charged one.
LOVE IT! Only problem was the batteries that came with the brush., didn't last more that two weeks. Not really a problem just a disappointment.
Pros: works great
Cons: battery that come with it do not last long at all.

Had an Oral B and hated it. I like the size - takes up little space. I love the brush head. Cleans easily.
Pros: doesn't take up much space
Cons: battery operated versus plug in

Very nice, with a few minor quirks

Been using this brush now for a few months now - love using it! Cleans like crazy, but isn't too harsh on my gums or anything.
One thing I've discovered though is that it needs *good* batteries. When I put new, but cheap, batteries in, it acted like they were already dead. I actually changed the brush head assembly out too early because I thought something was wrong with it, when in fact putting *good* batteries in solved it.
Note that when there isn't enough juice, it doesn't slow down, it just randomly turns off.
Love the brush overall though :)
I minimize/prevent water damage to this by:
1. Use the minimum amount of water that I need 2. Shake the bristles after use and wipe off the whole thing with a paper towel 3. Store it immediately, don't leave it laying on a wet counter or anything. I don't do anything particularly special for storage - just put it in a drinking glass on the counter with our other toothbrushes. Obviously I make sure there isn't a pool of water in the glass.
My grandchildren got similar sonic toothbrushes for Christmas 2012 and I decided to buy myself one. I purchased your brand in January 2013 and I absolutely loved it from the very first use! My teeth feel cleaner using this toothbrush than they do even after getting a cleaning at my dentist office. I highly recommend everyone trying this. You'll probably never go back to a regular toothbrush. My teeth always used to feel like they had a coating on them after using a regular toothbrush. Now they never feel like there's a coating with this sonic brush. An excellent product. Best $19.99 I've spent in quite a while.
Pros: does an excellent cleaning job!
Cons: toothpaste & water leak down inside., need to clean inside regularly.

Ended up purchasing the rechargeable. Battery life at full power is short lived
