Brush sizes and hardness should be available. Other than that the brush is great a penetraiting every crack and crevice.
Pros: excellent cleaner
Cons: battery operated

This is the second toothbrush I've bought. This one only lasted 2 weeks. The 1st one lasted 3 weeks. Now I have to go through the trouble of sending in a warranty claim.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great Results. Battery life could be better

My teeth always feel very clean & polished after using this toothbrush. It's a little awkward to hold and could use some ergonomic curves. Also, the batteries seem to run out a bit quicker than I'd like. It's a bit loud and sometimes feels like it's going to shake right out of my hand. Overall, though, I recommend this product!

I love my sonicare toothbrush, although it is difficult to hold the bristles at a 45 degree angle for some of my teeth. That's not a problem with the toothbrush, that's just the way my bottom molars are. Since it is not a rechargeable model, it did lose power over time and I didn't realize it until it finally stopped working. When I put the new batteries in and turned it on, I had to get used to the tickly feeling all over again. It worked so much better with new batteries, I wish I had known I was losing performance earlier.
Pros: inexpensive
