Love this smaller chopper/grinder!! I’ve had a full size Cuisinart for over 30 years(that tells a LOT about Cuisinart quality and durability). It’s not so handy when you are preparing meals for only 2 or 3 people— lots of parts and takes up a lot of prep space. It still has a place in my kitchen for what it can do.
The Elite Mini chopper/grinder is the PERFECT size and match for prepping and mixing in small batches - right next to the cutting board. Powerful for its size, it can do what its big version can do, with ease. I really don’t know why I waited so long to get the Elite 4 Cup Chopper/Grinder

It’s lightweight, yet powerful. Given its size it is limited to smaller quantities but works like a charm to tackle my daily recipes. It is a very convenient & effective kitchen tool! I use it all the time to quickly chop and grind ingredients for my recipes. Love it!

This purchase was to replace our older Cuisinart. I like that it produces two different textures—one more shredded meat and the other more ground. I’m referring to cooked meat. The plastic on the blade of our older Cuisinart began to crack and chip off. I hope this one doesn’t do that.
