just not getting cool

This is my second fridgidaire unit. I thought 240 instead of 110 would solve the problem. But I'm still just getting tepid air. I set it on 72 degrees and the room does not budge from 89....dont know what the issue is.
Had electrician do the wiring so i dont think its that.
Pretty bummed out now as the units are pretty pricey.
Dont know whats next?

Really cools the room

this is my second ac/heater combo for a sunroom we have. the first one lasted over 9 years before it was replaced under ext warranty! both have been very good products.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This unit was installed in a covered patio (250 sq. ft.) that was recently renovated into a fully insolated 4 season room). This unit cools this room very nicely and I anticipate the heating mode on this unit will also nicely supplement any heating needs for this room in the winter. I like the better efficiency that 240 volts generally offer.
As for product offering lines it would be nice if Frigidaire would make smaller 5000-6000 BTU units that would run off of 240 volts and offer mount through the wall for consumers needing an appropriate size AC unit for smaller rooms but still desiring the generally better efficiency of a 240 volt appliance and the better aesthetics of through the wall mounting.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great past experience

This is my third experience with a Frigidaire wall unit. Have never been disappointed. When I needed a new unit, I immediately thought Frigidaire. This unit keeps my office warm in the winter and cool in the hot summer months.
