This shredder is quieter than my last one. The bin is so big, I haven't had to empty it yet.

I just received my new shredder and went through a pile of papers in less than 20 minutes. It didn't jam or overheat. The only problem that I had was spilling shredded paper when trying to take the shredder off of the can to empty it. Aside from that it worked flawlessly.

Happy Shredding

Just purchased a new Fellowes P-58Cs shredder. The on/off, reverse button is very stable. The shredder is quiet while shredding. The paper sized space to put your material in is quite sufficient and more spacious than other shredders I have used. Lastly, the safety feature on this is very useful also. I am very happy with this Fellowes shredder.

A superb shredder!!!!

I have blew up 2 shredders in about 3 years. I wanted one more durable and less overheating. I used this the first night I got it and ran it about 20 minutes to get through my pile of paper without it ever overheating. Every so often I have to do heavy shredding and the thickness of the plastic guides and metal blades are great. My old one, the blades ended up bending so I got a massive jam. These are heavy durable ones. So far quite pleased..only downfall is that it is alittle messy emptying but if that is the worst, I can deal with it.

Shreds 9 sheets easily and hasn't jammed yet. Good operation and lubrication instructions. Love the Safe Sense feature on this model. Cuts through credit cards easily as well. Will definitely recommend this product to others.

Performs smoothly. We had a problem with setting the top back in place. A groove on the side of the basket broke causing it to not connect with the safety button to activate the shredder. Otherwise, it runs great. Nice metal safety plate around the shredding slot.
